I always love when authors list previous jobs in their bio. It makes them sound so accomplished.
So, I'm posting my job history here. You tell me if it's interesting.
I have been a newspaper carrier, a receptionist, a bank teller, a wedding videographer, a Target cashier, a bookstore cashier, a fast food worker, a synchronized swimmer*, a student newspaper reporter and editor, a big screen operator for USA Roller Sports, a party photographer, a sports score taker for a local TV station, a nanny, an AmeriCorps volunteer (as an after-school program leader), a video store clerk, a client support specialist, a training manager, and a communications director.
Now I work in libraries.
*I was on a team in college that competed nationally. This was not a job, but it's too awesome not to mention.
